Villa Omainiche is situated in exotic Ribarica village. It is located in middle of Bulgaria, 600m. altitude in Stara Planina's mountain. . The village of Ribaritsa stands at 600 m altitude and lies at the foot of the Balkan range in the Teteven Balkan Mountain. It has about 1250 inhabitants and stands 12 km southeast of Teteven and 128 km to the northeast of the capital Sofia. Ribaritsa covers a territory of about 12 km along the valley of the Beli Vit river. It is a typical mountain resort visited by thousands of tourists. Water mills, distillers (for the traditional alcohol drink called "rakia") and small craftsman’s shops make strong impression on tourists. The river is mountain clean, the air is crystal pure, the nature is magnificent and in the immediate proximity are the sides of the Balkan Mountain. They are included in the territory of the national park "Central Balkan". The most remarkable spot here is a biosphere reserve, called Tsarichina, listed in the world net of biosphere reserves. Ribaritsa is a starting point of many walkers` and cyclists` routes. The reserves "Boatin", "Kozia stena" (Goat wall) and the preserved location "Black hill" are located near the village. Only on few hours walk are the mountain huts "Echo", "Vezhen" and "Georgy Benkovski", such as the peaks of "Vezhen" and "Baba". Ribaritsa offers a lot of comfortable hotels, private lodgings, holiday houses and marvelous restaurants. The locals are mainly engaged in tourism, agriculture and stock- breeding. The village is a perfect place for those searching for quietness and solitude among the nature.
